No you can’t use third party equipment for Greyhound Broadband internet service.

Our equipment comes with a wireless router.  If you have a home over 2,500 sq ft you may want to purchase a wireless mesh system.  Our modem is compatible with all wireless mesh equipment.

We recommend directional antennas for the best results in improving connection.  Poynting X-POL2 5G  V3-01 is an incredible antenna than can improve signal by up to 1200%.  We do not recommend cell phone boosters for use with LTE modems. 

No this is a pre-paid non-contract service.

We have customers that are up to 10 miles from a tower.  Flat open areas like a body of water allow connections from further away.  Hilly terrain can be good or bad.  Live on top of a hill – wonderful, live deep in a valley signal can be a challenge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, Greyhound Broadband offers a 10-day service cancellation policy during which you may request a stop of service by contacting customer support at 1.877.358.6257. Start-up customers working with tech support may be given an extension up to 30 days. If returning after 10 days the return must include the tech support ticket number from your customer portal. Customers meeting the guidelines will be given a refund less network registration fee and freight.
